Current Students may authorize or revoke the disclosure of academic or financial record information to a parent, guardian, or other third party at anytime through Banner Student self-service:

• Log into MySCSU
• Banner Student
• Records and Registration
• Release My Records
• Select Financial, Academic, or Both
• Set up a 4-digit access pin for the authorized user

Former Students may submit a Release of Record to request the release of education records from the Registrar's Office. Note: Do not use this form for transcript requests, see Transcripts to request an official transcript.
