Students can download their official enrollment certificate in a few quick steps.
The National Student Clearinghouse is the official provider for Southern Connecticut State University enrollment verification certificates.
1. Log into MySCSU.
2. Navigate to Banner Student > Records and Registration.
3. Select Enrollment Verification to launch MyHub and select the certificate you need:
- All Enrollment Certificates
- Current Enrollment Certificate
- Advanced Registration Certificate
- Good Student Discount Certificate
Note: Students without an SSN or with the confidentiality hold may not find their certificate in the hub. Please fill out the Enrollment Verification Request Form; we will send your verification letter wherever it's needed.

Note: For In-school loan deferment, submit a separate enrollment verification request for each lender. Your attached deferment form must include your full name, SSN, date of birth, loan holder’s address, and your signature (e-signatures not accepted).
Parents, or other third parties, must be authorized by the student to access their records. See our Authorized Designee page for instructions on how students grant access, and once approved, how designees request records.
