Strengthen Your Skills
As a computer science major it is important to strengthen your tech skills. Just like musicians and athletes, it is important to practice so that you get better. The Computer Science Department recommends that you do at least 1 hour of day of "tech" at least 6 days a week. This includes during your semester breaks. Build something for fun, learn something new and share it with others.

- The SCSU Computer Science Club selects weekly coding challenges from LeetCode for its club members. Come to the Computer Science Student Lounge in Morrill Hall, Room 122 and work on problem solving with your peers.

- AWS Educate is a self-paced, on-demand learning platform designed to assist individuals in developing their cloud skills at no cost. They offer a library of courses for cloud learning. They also provide access to the AWS Educate Job Board that provides learners have the opportunity to explore and apply to in-demand jobs and internships with various organizations around the globe.
