Student Affiliation Agreements

The Student Affiliation Agreement (SAA) is used to place students in a supervised clinical, fieldwork, or internship educational program.

This agreement is based on a template approved by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), and no changes to the terms or conditions will be accepted. Our office is responsible for creating and managing these agreements—placement sites should not draft or revise them.

Before initiating a new agreement, please check the list of existing Student Affiliation Agreements to confirm whether one is already in place.
