Naloxone (NARCAN) Policy
The policy is used to establish guidelines and regulations governing utilization of naloxone (Narcan) used by Southern Connecticut State University law enforcement officers and the members of any other University department or individual receiving formal training on the storage, use and proper disposal of naloxone. The objective is to treat and reduce injuries and fatalities from opiate overdoses.
