All employment verifications must be emailed with an employee signed release to the attention of the Office of Human Resources at the following email address: employment-verifications@southernct.edu. Employment verifications are completed in the order that they are received with a typical turnaround time of 24-36 hours. Turnaround times may be longer for verifications that require salary information or extensive research.

To ensure the privacy of employees and students using its services, entry to the Office of Human Resources is located at the rear of Wintergreen Building only. The front doors of the Wintergreen Building that serve as the entrance for departments such as the Admissions, Payroll or Student Accounts cannot be used to access the Office of Human Resources. There is parking available for HR visitors in the rear of the Wintergreen Building.
