Primary duties would be focused on photographing and cataloging the different objects in the various  SCSU art collections for accurate inventory purposes as well as preparing for the future creation of an online presence for the collections. There are hundreds of objects in the SCSU collections that need proper documenting and the minimal existing inventory needs to be updated.

Additional duties could include:

• Assisting the Gallery Director with moving / storage / handling of art objects as needed
• Assist with PR / outreach as needed
• Assist with ongoing efforts to properly frame and preserve objects in the prints collection
• Tracking gallery attendance
• Assistance with receptions / openings
