Reset Voicemail PIN
If you don’t delete your voicemails often, your mailbox will become full and you won’t be able to receive new ones. Follow these steps to login to the voicemail website.
If you forget your voicemail PIN, you can reset it easily at https://jedcuc1.scsu.southernct.edu/ciscopca/home.do.
Note: To access this website, your computer must be connected to the “SSL” wireless network or a wired connection, or connected to the SCSU VPN.

1. Login to the site with your SCSU username and password.

2. Click the “Messaging Assistant” link.

3. Click the “Passwords” link in the menu bar.

4. Click the “Change PIN” link in the dropdown menu.

5. Enter a new voicemail PIN number here and click “Save” when you are done.
Note: Your PIN must be at least 6 numbers and cannot be too simple (ie. 111111,123456).

6. You will be presented with a confirmation message if your password was saved successfully.
