Delete Saved and Old Voicemails
If you don’t delete your voicemails often, your mailbox will become full and you won’t be able to receive new ones. Follow these steps to login to the voicemail website.
While on campus and connected to either “SSL” wireless network, plugged in with an ethernet cable, or connected to the SCSU VPN, visit https://jedcuc1.scsu.southernct.edu/ciscopca/home.do.

5. Click the Deleted link to see the deleted folder.
Note: Voicemails in the “Deleted” folder will still count toward your total storage limit, so if your voicemail is currently full, you will need to remove them from here too. If you are just performing general maintenance, these messages will be removed automatically after 24 hours.
6. Click on Empty deleted items to completely remove deleted voicemails.
