Email Blocked from Spam

Since you have clicked on a link within a spam/phishing email, you will need to secure your account by following the instructions below:

1. Reset your password via the MySCSU reset feature at login.southernct.edu.
2. After your reset is successful, log into your email at outlook.office.com.
3. Click on the gear/settings symbol on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Select Mail at the bottom of this menu.
5. On the left-hand menu that appears, select each section listed below and ensure that no settings were edited and/or created without your knowledge; this is most important for auto-forwarding and inbox sweep rules. If you find a setting that should not be there, delete it and click Save at the top of the screen.
