LTEC Request Submission – 2023

Software (sfw), hardware (hdw) lab/classroom deployments, and room renovation:

  1. For completion before the start of the fall semester:
    1. Interdepartmental discussions start at latest: November
    2. LTEC “Proposal” request submission period: December
    3. LTEC “Project” request approved deadline: January LTEC meeting
    4. Resolve all discrepancies and finalize all details by: February LTEC meeting
    5. Work to start: Scheduled when applicable (i.e. spring break, end of semester, summer)
      1. Room renovations to be completed no later than: June 30
      2. Sfw & hdw distribution completed by: July 31
      3. Resolve remaining, unforeseen issues and prepare classrooms by: August 15
  2. For completion before the start of the spring semester:
    1. Interdepartmental discussions start at latest: May
    2. LTEC “Proposal” request submission period: June
    3. LTEC “Project” request approved deadline: August LTEC Meeting
    4. Resolve all discrepancies and finalize all details by: September LTEC Meeting
    5. Work to start: Scheduled when applicable (i.e. Thanksgiving, winter session, etc)
      1. Room renovations to be completed no later than: 1 week before start of Spring Semester
      2. Sfw & hdw distribution completed by: 1 week before start of Spring Semester
      3. Resolve remaining, unforeseen issues and prepare classrooms by: Start of Spring Semester

Operational urgencies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
