LTEC Request Submission – 2023
Software (sfw), hardware (hdw) lab/classroom deployments, and room renovation:
- For completion before the start of the fall semester:
- Interdepartmental discussions start at latest: November
- LTEC “Proposal” request submission period: December
- LTEC “Project” request approved deadline: January LTEC meeting
- Resolve all discrepancies and finalize all details by: February LTEC meeting
- Work to start: Scheduled when applicable (i.e. spring break, end of semester, summer)
- Room renovations to be completed no later than: June 30
- Sfw & hdw distribution completed by: July 31
- Resolve remaining, unforeseen issues and prepare classrooms by: August 15
- For completion before the start of the spring semester:
- Interdepartmental discussions start at latest: May
- LTEC “Proposal” request submission period: June
- LTEC “Project” request approved deadline: August LTEC Meeting
- Resolve all discrepancies and finalize all details by: September LTEC Meeting
- Work to start: Scheduled when applicable (i.e. Thanksgiving, winter session, etc)
- Room renovations to be completed no later than: 1 week before start of Spring Semester
- Sfw & hdw distribution completed by: 1 week before start of Spring Semester
- Resolve remaining, unforeseen issues and prepare classrooms by: Start of Spring Semester
Operational urgencies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
