Help Desk Support Hours

The Help Desk is located on the first floor of the Buley Library, as well as on the fourth floor in room 439.

Centrally located, this one-stop support hub is the best place to go when you need help with the technology at Southern Connecticut State University.

• Phone Support: Available 24/7
• Fall 2024 Walk-in support:
  • Monday – Thursday: 8am - 9pm EST
  • Friday: 8am - 4pm EST
  • Saturday: 9am - 4pm EST
