University data must not be shared with any AI model or service unless the university has a formal enterprise agreement with the provider. Currently, Microsoft Copilot is the only AI-powered service approved for use with university data.
Learn how to initiate a safety review for AI services intended for use with university data, including which tools currently in use at Southern require this review before handling institutional information.
