Learn 9 (Student, Faculty and Staff)

SCSU currently uses Learn 9 (Blackboard Learn 9) provided by ConnSCU to all secondary education institutions overseen by the State of Connecticut. Learn 9 allows faculty to supplement their on-ground courses with online components, or to use for fully online courses. Use of Learn 9 is up to the individual instructing faculty.

Student Support:

• Login Issues: The SCSU Help Desk can assist you with password and login issues.
• Content Issues: You must contact your professor with all content-specific questions (e.g., I cannot see an assignment, I missed a due date, My exam won't submit).
• Additional Resources: Information on how to perform common tasks in Learn 9 (e.g., How do I submit an assignment? How do I participate in Discussions? How do Wikis work?) can be found here.

Faculty Support:

Assistance with course content and structure is offered through Academic Technologies.
