Issues while taking an online exam are common, in that there are multiple components to an online exam. Wireless connectivity, browser versions, plug-in settings, and user behaviors all contribute to the successful or unsuccessful submission of online exams.

Should, for any reason, you experience a technical issue while taking an online test, you should immediately log back into Learn 9 and try to begin the exam again. If your instructor allows it, you will be able to pick up where you left off and finish. If you try to begin the exam again but are unable to, please contact your instructor for the next steps. They may reset the exam and allow you to take it again.
