Housing Security
At Southern, we are aware of the growing need for resources to assist students facing housing insecurity or homelessness. For assistance, please email deanofstudents@southernct.edu to set up an appointment.
Outside of SCSU, the state of Connecticut asks residents to call 2-1-1 for housing insecurity and/or homelessness. You will call 2-1-1 to make an appointment for a housing assessment.
2-1-1 for listings of homeless shelters, emergency shelters, and runaway/youth shelters and drop-in centers.
