Core Alcohol and Drug Survey

The CORE Alcohol and Drug Survey (CORE) was administered to undergraduate students at Southern Connecticut State University in Fall 2002, Fall 2004, Fall 2006, Spring 2008 and Fall 2010.

Aims of the CORE Alcohol and Drug survey include: 

- Measuring student alcohol and drug use behaviors

- Quantifying self-reported consequences of alcohol and drug use

- Quantifying and documenting student attitudes and perceptions about alcohol and drugs

- Quantifying and documenting student opinions about alcohol and drug use
 

The short form of the CORE Alcohol and Drug Survey was used at Southern Connecticut State University in 2002, 2006 and 2010. The long form was used in 2004 and 2008. For sample copies of these instruments, please see the sidebar at the top right.
