Southern Connecticut State University Interfaith Office fosters a welcoming and inclusive campus environment that promotes respect, understanding, and collaboration among individuals of diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds. Through meaningful dialogue, educational programs, and interfaith initiatives, we aim to cultivate a community that values mutual respect, promotes interfaith engagement, and supports the holistic development of all members of the Southern Community.
Our vision is to create a university community where religious and spiritual diversity is embraced and celebrated. We strive to be a center for interfaith dialogue, engagement, and understanding, promoting an atmosphere of community, empathy, and learning. By fostering meaningful connections and exploring shared values, we seek to empower individuals to address social issues and contribute to the betterment of society. Through our work, we envision Southern Connecticut State University becoming a model for interfaith harmony and cooperation, inspiring positive change on campus and beyond.
