Each residence hall has a designated room for Telehealth/Multipurpose reservation. Each room is equipped with a computer, internet access and a convenient desktop.

Usage

For residential students only: 

Telehealth rooms are for students to have a private space for a telehealth visit. This could include, but is not limited to, medical appointment, counseling appointment, tutoring appointment, prayer space, online exam. A telehealth room is designated in each residence hall. 

  • In order to use one of the spaces, you must sign up for a time slot.
  • Students can sign up for a time block of 1 hour at a time.
  • The space is available from 10am – 10pm.
  • Please see the front desk when you have a scheduled time to use the space.
  • A staff member will unlock the door and let you in the room.
  • Please wipe down the computer and all surfaces before and after use.
  • Please make sure to remove any trash in the space and leave the room as you found it.
  • When finished with your appointment, please come down to the main office so we can lock the room.

COVID-19 Rules and Regulations

  • Everyone must wear a mask
  • Everyone must use hand sanitizer upon entering and departing the space
  • Desks must stay 6 ft apart
  • Respect the space and clean up after yourself
  • Be courteous to others and keep noise to a minimum
  • Use headphones when on the phone or listening to music
  • Snacks and drinks will be given behind the front desk by staff
