Enrollment Verification

The National Student Clearinghouse is the official provider of enrollment verification certifications for Southern Connecticut State University.

  • To obtain an enrollment certificate, choose 1 of 3 options:

    • Select "Advanced Registration" for verification of a new or upcoming semester 

    • Select "Current Enrollment" for a verification of the current semester (available after the 4th week) 

    • Select "All Enrollment" for verification of all prior and current semesters

For students without a social security number on file with the University, contact the Registrar's Office to request an enrollment certificate to be issued to your Southern email.

In-school loan deferment requests may be submitted to the Registrar's Office for processing.  If a student has more than one loan holder, a separate form is required for each lender. 

If you have a specific form from a third party requesting enrollment verification, such as DMV or Housing Authority, please submit this Third Party Request Form to the Registrar's Office along with the form you need completed.
