Current degree-seeking students, who plan to take courses at another institution, must receive prior approval to apply the transfer credit(s) towards their program requirements at Southern.
Following approval, students must submit an official transcript to the Registrar's Office showing proof of completion. Transfer credits will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date official transcript is received.
Students are responsible to check their unofficial transcript using Banner Web to ensure receipt and posting of the transfer course(s). Only credits are transferred in, not grades, therefore transfer courses do not impact a student's GPA.
