University Assistant - College of Education

DEPARTMENT: College of Education

CATEGORY: Part-time (max of 19hrs per week); 1-year appointment

 

Directly assists the Associate Dean of the College of Education with administrative duties related to the SoE admissions and accreditation. The hourly rate for this position is $22-$25 an hour.

The candidate should possess computer/technical expertise at mastery level.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to perform assignments with limited supervision.

Answer/address student questions and concerns regarding admissions through phone calls, email and walk-in inquires.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and web based databases (preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
