
Specific Duties
- Support School of Business faculty and staff technology needs
- Support School of Business events, both on and off campus
- Respond to and resolve computer and hyflex classroom cameras, hardware, and software related problems
- Support communication between School of Business and University Information Technology Department
- Updates desktop software applications
- Maintain/troubleshoot printers
- Performed other related duties
Required Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform assignments with limited supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, Teams, Zoom, and web-based databases
