University Assistant – School of Business

Specific Duties

  • Support School of Business faculty and staff technology needs
  • Support School of Business events, both on and off campus
  • Respond to and resolve computer and hyflex classroom cameras, hardware, and software related problems
  • Support communication between School of Business and University Information Technology Department
  • Updates desktop software applications
  • Maintain/troubleshoot printers
  • Performed other related duties

Required Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform assignments with limited supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, Teams, Zoom, and web-based databases
