University Assistant - Registrar's Office

The University Assistant, under the supervision of the Associate Registrar, will assist with functions related to registration and records within the Registrar’s Office. The University Assistant is expected to work between 15-19 hours per week during the one-year contract duration, with an approved schedule of hours according to the needs of the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Assist with grade change entries
  • Assist with filing and indexing student records
  • Automate archived transcripts
  • Assist with form template updates
  • Assist with general registration and record related inquiries

   

Minimum Qualifications: 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF editing. Professional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. High attention to detail to examine documents for accuracy and completeness. Strong organizational skills to update and maintain record keeping and filing systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  
Associate’s Degree or higher.
