The University Assistant (UA) works under the supervision of the Associate Dean with administrative duties related to the Dean’s office. The hourly rate for this position is $22-$25 an hour.

The candidate should possess computer/technical expertise at mastery level.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to perform assignments with limited supervision

Answer/address student questions and concerns regarding admissions through phone calls, email and walk-in inquires.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and web based databases.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
