Completing a degree program and preparing for today's job market requires that students be well prepared, creative, and able to use a variety of programs and services that help them develop the necessary skills. To provide our students with the most up-to-date and comprehensive career development tools, the Office of Career and Professional Development offers an array of career planning programs to help students decide what major to pursue, what career best suits them, and how to begin the all-important job search process.
All programs and events are open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Career Fairs are opportunities for students to connect with employers and organizations about upcoming opportunities. These experiences allow students to connect with local, regional, and national level employers and connect via video chat software.
Two-Day Career & Internship Fair Series
Southern Connecticut State University would like to cordially invite you to our inaugural spring Industry Fair Series hosted by The Office of Career and Professional Development. The fair will be on Tuesday, March 7 and Wednesday, March 8th 2023 in the Adanti Student Center Ballroom.
This fair is featured as part of a two-day, industry-fair series. Whether you are exploring career paths or actively searching for your next opportunity, this event is for you.
Students and Alumni Attendees
- All class years, all majors are welcome to join, explore and engage
- Professional dress optional but encouraged
- A list of attending employers can be viewed on JOBSs
- Workshops will be available to prepare for the event
- You do NOT need to attend the entire 2 hours of your selected event, it is intended to work around your schedule
- Attend as many sessions as you’d like
