Lyman Center Events Postponement

Dear Patrons,

Like many of you, we are doing our best to stay informed of the events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our staff, artists, and audiences remains of utmost importance.

The Lyman Center and Southern Connecticut State University have suspended all events at the Center with more than 100 attendees through April 30. We also will continue to evaluate any further postponements beyond April 30 in the days and weeks ahead based on recommendations from the State of Connecticut.

Please go to for the most updated information about cancellations and rescheduled events.  We are working with the artists to reschedule performances as soon as possible. When a performance is rescheduled the tickets from the original date will honored for the new date. If for any reason you will not be able to attend the new date a refund will be given for that performance, please go to for further details.

There is one performance update at this time the, Vincent Ingala Show that was scheduled for Saturday April 25 has been rescheduled for Sunday June 14 at 7pm.

The decision to cancel a performance, for any reason, is never easy.  We remain committed to our mission and look forward to the moment when we can resume bringing great performances to our community.

Our hearts and well wishes go out to everyone who has been affected by this pandemic. Please take care of yourselves and each other.

Be well and Stay Healthy,
The Staff of The Lyman Center
