Jabber Phone Application Update

 To All Faculty & Staff,

Jabber end user settings for all Faculty & Staff have been restored on the SCSU Phone system and include updated configurations for use with Windows and Mac computers, iPhone, Tablet, and Android devices. Jabber issues last week should be working today.

Any issues with Jabber, please put in a work order to HelpDesk@southernct.edu or (203) 392-5123  and include the device type you're using.
Please remember you must have a VPN connection into the SCSU network in order for Jabber to work.

All Faculty and Staff have access to the SCSU Campus VPN; you don’t need to request an account.  You can download and install the Global Protect VPN software by going here:
